Our traditional luxury house is located at 2km from Les Eyzies, a village known worldwide for its numerous caves and prehistoric paintings. Located in the heart of the Périgord Noir and near the Vézère-river, our cottage is an ideal starting point for discovering the Dordogne with family or friends.
You will find many castles, authentic medieval villages and beautiful nature nearby. Our villa is located near the wellknown medieval town of Sarlat, the jewel of the Périgord. If you like to taste the delicious local products in an medieval atmosphere, you  should certainly not forget the capital of the Périgord Noir.

The house offers you a large dining room, a spacious living room and 5 bedrooms, including a family room. Also a very large enclosed garden with heated swimming pool and a lot of privacy.
It's possible to use the services of the campsite Le Pech Charmant, such as the restaurant, bar and playground, which is 100 meters away.
So all the ingredients for a great holliday!
